Bar Stool Manufacturer

Richardson is an actual bar stool manufacturer. We operate a woodshop, metal shop, and upholstery shop all under one roof where we manufacture the furniture that we sell. We take 2x4s and plywood and cut our parts. We take our cut parts, assemble them in our woodshop, and build our seats' inner components. We shape our backs with a band saw. All of our sewing and piping is made by our sewers. We prepare the vinyl for our upholsterers. We have a lot of complex upholstery patterns like diamond tufting and channel tufting. We also do a lot of decorative nailhead trim. These skills take a long time to build. Many other companies import from China and maybe change the seat and add glides. Our furniture is made in Chicago using materials sourced almost entirely from domestic components.
