Giant Order of 4220 Diner Chairs Getting Ready to Ship

This is a giant order of 4220 diner chairs upholstered in American Beauty by Naugahyde and Adobe White also a Naugahyde vinyl. We can stage about 300 chairs in our main assembly area but it starts to get crowded as you can see in the video. We need to start boxing them up and getting them to the loading dock out of the way. We try to do an efficient cell where we weld up the frame and pass it right to the person who attaches the seat and back and then passes it to the guy who cleans the chairs, puts them in a protective bag, and then puts them in a carton.
