Richardson Seating Warranty
All products presented on the Richardson Seating website and shown in the Richardson Seating catalog are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from factory defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment. Written approval from Richardson Seating must be received before returning any merchandise. Richardson will not assume labor charges for unauthorized field repair.
Unless specifically indicated for outdoor use, Richardson Seating's line of furniture products is intended solely for indoor use. Outdoor use of Richardson Seating furniture voids the manufacturer's warranty. Richardson Seating's warranty does not cover damage caused by exposure to salt air, direct sunlight, ultra violet rays, rain, excessive heat, excessive cold, dampness or any other type of damage caused by exposure to the elements.
If you have a bar stool, counter stool, table base, or restaurant chair that you believe may contain a manufacturer's defect, please contact the factory so we can determine the best course of action.
